Privacy Policy

Summary

NextGO Train is operated by Neushapes Inc. We collect only the information needed to provide the app, verify subscriptions, and deliver the train alerts you configure. We do not sell your data, show ads, use third-party analytics SDKs, or track you across apps or websites.

Subscription Information

We store your subscription product, status, purchase date, and expiry date so we can confirm access to the app. Apple handles billing, and we do not receive your payment details.

Identifiers

We use an anonymous subscription identifier to keep your app connected to your subscription. We also use a device identifier so alerts can be delivered to the right device.

Saved Commutes and Alert Settings

If you create a commute, we store the stations, line, direction, active days, time window, and alert preferences you choose. A saved commute is a route and schedule preference, not a record of when you actually travel.

Departure Lookups

When you look up train information, our server may record the station, line, and related request details. We use this for app functionality, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

Information We Do Not Collect

NextGO does not collect your name, email address, phone number, payment card information, or precise location. We do not use location permission to determine where you are.

We do not send your searches, saved commutes, subscription identifier, or device identifier to transit agencies.

Apple

We send the transaction identifier from your subscription to Apple to confirm that your subscription is valid. Apple handles your purchase and billing.

How Long We Keep Information

• You can delete saved commutes in the app at any time.
• When your subscription ends, we automatically delete data associated with it within 90 days.
• Operational lookup and event logs are kept for up to 12 months.

To cancel your subscription, use Manage Subscriptions in your iPhone Settings or the App Store. Cancellation is handled by Apple.

Children

NextGO is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy if our practices change. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
